Q. What are the installation requirements?
A. Getting a swim SPA installed in your backyard is much easier than you imagine. Basically, you need to make sure that you have access to the backyard, a solid and level place to set up the SPA, the electricity supply, and a garden hose in close proximity.
Q. How long is the warranty period?
A. The warranty period:
5 years warranty for the tub structure;
2 years for Acrylic surface;
1.5 years for Electronic equipment and controls;
1.5 years Plumbing Components.
Q. How often should the water be changed?
A. The water in SPAs often requires draining and refilling every 3 or 4 months due to chemical build-up. However, the timing depends much on the water care system you choose and your usage habits.
Q. Must the swim Spa be installed outside only?
A. Although most Spas are placed outside, you can install them just as easily indoors.
Q. What are the terms of payment?
